Returns & Exchange

All wine that has been ordered is final and will be delivered directly to the address provided. If the wine is lost during transit then De Toren Private Cellar will happily ship replacement free of charge.

If the customer inputs the incorrect shipping address then De Toren will reship to the correct address at the charge of the current shipping rates.

For all wine to believe to be corked or faulty please contact De Toren directly at reception@de-toren.com and we will handle on a case by case basis.
