Once payment has been confirmed then your order will go out immediately and you will be notified as soon as the order is shipped. In South Africa orders will take 2 – 5 working days upon proof of payment and international orders will vary depending on country shipped to. We will keep the customer updated during this entire process.
All online De Toren wine order payments can either be processed by credit card through our online payment gateway, MyGate, or the client has a choice of doing a bank transfer instead. Both these payment options are acceptable on our De Toren website.
Please take note that a standard delivery cost of R99 applies upon all orders below R2000. All orders above the value of R2000 will enjoy complimentary delivery within South African borders.
Returns & Exchange
All wine that has been ordered is final and will be delivered directly to the address provided. If the wine is lost during transit then De Toren Private Cellar will happily ship replacement free of charge.
If the customer provides the incorrect shipping address then De Toren will reship to the correct address at the charge of the current shipping rates.
For all wine to believe to be corked or faulty please contact De Toren directly at email@example.com and we will handle on a case by case basis.
