DE TOREN specializes in making Bordeaux-style red wines, using only the five noble cultivars; Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Merlot and Malbec. Each of our wines are site specific; a reflection of the soil in which they grow. DE TOREN FUSION V, dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon, is made in the Bordeaux ‘left-bank’ style, while the merlot lead DE TOREN Z, is made in the Bordeaux ‘right-bank’ style. While each offers a unique flavor profile, both are complex and intense with long ageing potential.
